How many people is the Scout for?
The Scout comfortably accommodates one person, the max user weight is 150kg for you to take additional belongings. We wouldn't recommend two adults using the Scout due to limited leg space on board but it would. be suitable for an adult and a child.
Can the kayak be used on any water type?
Constructed with tough reinforced 3-ply PVC the Scout can be taken out on beach waves or on quiet lakes. Unlike hardboard Kayaks the Ranger is inflatable and would not recommend it being used on 'white water' conditons. Make sure you have your lifejacket and safety leash attached whenever you get on the water.
Do I need to buy any additional products before getting on the water?
No, at Bluefin we're proud to say your package will include everything you need to go from Box to Beach. If you want to expand your gear we have a range of premium accessories for you to update your Kayak set-up, but the board package will include all the necessities.
